Hello, I’m Kade and I’m giving a review two months after I received a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Fu at Cosma Care. I’ll start by saying I’m 159 centimeters tall and I weigh 43 kilograms. I used to have some weight on me but my cups weren’t full.  The only thing I could do was scoop and push up.

Considering the excellent result I got, it wasn’t expensive at all. The silicone implant I used was mentor 325 and a textured surface. In the past, I thought, like, if I wanted to look really sexy I would need huge silicone like over 400CC. I’m Miki. Today, we’ll review VASER liposuction at the upper arms and abdomen at Cosma Care Clinic.  Let our bellies be flat and our arms be dainty!!

The reason I came to get liposuction is because I had excess fat. I had a lot of fat in my upper arms and belly. I exercised, but it didn’t go away. Part of it was probably because of my lifestyle. I mean, I eat a lot and, when I work, it’s just sitting in the office. I didn’t walk much anywhere. I walked very little, so the fat didn’t go anywhere. It stayed with me. I couldn’t stand having that much fat at such a young age. I didn’t feel confident when I wore any outfits, so I decided to get rid of the fat. That’s when I start doing research and read reviews until I found Cosma Care Clinic and decided.

Overall, I was chubby.


When the liposuction was about to begin, the doctor injected local anesthesia at the liposuction site; it only hurt when he injected the anesthesia. After that, it felt ticklish…ha-ha-ha. I was a little scared when the doctor pushed the needle in. When I turned and looked at the fat, I was shocked to see how much fat there was, especially from my abdomen. After the liposuction, the doctor sutured the wound very quickly. It didn’t hurt at all. Their anesthesia was good.

I received medications, ointments and a dressing kit from the clinic. I don’t have to buy the bands for my stomach and my upper arms myself because the clinic has it. The staff at the clinic told me that I have to wear them, so my arms and abdomen will look firm and attractive quickly.
At first, I had some fluid seep out from my abdomen and my upper arms during the first 2 days. It’s normal for VASER liposuction. It’s just saline that comes out. It’s harmless. I just wiped them up. I showered normally, but I had to be particularly careful that wound never touched water. After showering, I dried myself. The wound had to stay very dry. Then I applied the medication and dressed the wound as normal.

After receiving double eye lid surgery on 14 June 2017, today, I would like to tell the story from the first days until today for all of you 

I had a problem with droopy eyelids, heavy fat layers and ptosis. This made my eyes look sad or like someone who is sleepy all the time. My face looked bad and dreary; and my eye layers were not clear. When I smiled, my eyes would almost closed.

When I smiled, it was like my eyes were closed in the Before picture.


Dr. Nueng solved this by making an 8-millimeter long incision, cutting the skin, removing excess fat and repairing my eye muscles to make them 1.5 millimeters bigger. This was to solve the problem from ptosis and adjust my eyes to be larger and capable of opening fully. Soon after the procedure was finished, I noticed that my eyes were larger. They looked pretty sweet and much brighter look. The results are very satisfactory. I like it very much.

The picture on the left is from immediately after the procedure and the right picture was taken at 6:07 p.m. at about one hour after the procedure when I was waiting to catch a ride back to my dorm.



Immediately after the surgery, I was gradually swelling up. **The doctor told me that, in my case, the swelling would last longer than usual because my weak eye muscles had had to be repaired. He explained that normal cases take about 30 minutes, but it took an hour for me. He also said my eye layers would still not be even at first. The doctor told me that I shouldn’t be worried or anxious, so I didn’t think much of it, because I trusted the doctor. Most importantly, his hands were very light and it only hurt when I was injected with anesthesia.

The picture on the left side was taken when I got back to my dorm at 9:22 p.m. I hadn’t cleaned the wound yet and there was a bit of blood seeping out. I felt a bit tense and slight pain. The picture on the right side was taken at 9:22 p.m. before I cleaned the wound.

When I woke up at 11 a.m., it was a bit swollen and red but I didn’t feel any pain. It wasn’t very convenient to open my eyes, but I confirm that I wasn’t pain at all (15 June 2017).

Hi. I’m Breeze. I have to tell you that this wasn’t my first surgery…ha-ha-ha. But if you ask me about whether or not I’m afraid, I’m still a little afraid. The first time I had surgery, it was a breast augmentation. Now I want a double eye lid surgery, because I was tired of putting on stickers. I wanted my eyes to look bigger.

I do have a bit of an eye layer. But it’s not very visible when I put on make-up or attach eyelashes. My eyes also looked swollen like someone who hadn’t slept. So, that’s how my eyes were.

This picture was taken before the double eye lid surgery. When I attach a sticker, I have to put my eyelashes to cover it or it wouldn’t be smooth…ha-ha-ha.



I started to get tired with attaching double lid eye stickers. I mean, it wastes time and it’s not naturally smooth, sometimes. I managed to attach double layers sometimes, but they were uneven. There were also sometimes when the fat was covering the layers up. That’s why I thought I needed double eye lid surgery. Each of my eye layers was uneven. There was a lot of xanthelasma. I looked at several places because, if I was going to get surgery, I wanted to go somewhere I’d be sure of a beautiful outcome. Hello, everyone. I’m Snow Ice. Today, I’like to review my 375cc round breast augmentation with a textured surface at Cosmacare.  I wanted a breast augmentation because I had small breasts. I mean, I was flat. It made me lose confidence when working as a model. A lot of time, I wasn’t hired because I had no breasts. I always need to stuff things like push-up bra and socks in my dress.

I watched a lot of reviews. I locked my attention to Cosmacare because they have lots of reviews on Facebook, and the price was affordable. At this price, I thought it’d be difficult to find anyone better, so I decided to do it here and came to consult the doctor.



Before the surgery, I had blood tests and the doctor evaluated my size. Personally, I wanted 375 cc because I felt that it was not too large or too small. I chose a round shape because I’d like a little “hills” like the pretties. I thought it will look good when I take pictures. The silicone that doctor chosen is Mentor with a textured surface. I came to like the textured surface more than the smooth surface when I heard doctor explanation.

Before the surgery, the clinic informed me about how I should prepare. I had to follow their instructions strictly to be safe. On the date of the surgery, I cleaned my face and came. I didn’t feel anything during the surgery. I was out for a long time and I was so glad that I already have breasts when I woke up. 

I tried squeezing the textured-surface silicone. I’m very happy. The image on the right is immediately after the breast augmentation. I still hadn’t felt any pain, but I expected that there would be pain later on.

Today, I’m here to share my experience and review lip and chin surgery from my makeover and beauty upgrade. I was selected for the Cosmacare Presenter 2015 Project. The project was looking for the clinic’s presenter to recieve procedures like surgery, liposuction and skin care so the presenter would look more beautiful as if she had an aura like the celebrities we dream about. To tell you the truth, I wasn’t very attentive to beauty when I was in high school. I was more manly type, like getting out of the house without wearing makeup and not showering often. I usually didn’t use any cream and I looked sort of plain.

when I attended university, I had friends who had surgery and looked a lot better…So, I think it’s not bad if I want myself to look better.

One day, I found that I actually look like Kao Supatsara. A lot of people told me so. When I was watching Hormone, the series, the other day, I saw her and it was like, “Hey, she’s cute. That’s the perfect look. I want to look good like that”. So, I thought to myself that I was definitely going to do this. I had to look better. So, I decided to join Cosmacare Clinic’s project and I was selected.




Then I began to consult with Dr. Nueng (Sommat Ittipornwanit), the doctor running Cosmacare and the doctor in charge of this project. He recommended what I had to do to look beautiful like Kao. In short, I had to:

1. Get lip surgery, so my lips would be shapelier. My lips were already small that they weren’t thin, so he had to give them more dimensions.
2. I had to get a silicone chin augmentation, so my face would be longer in a V-shape without getting Botox shots to make my face small.
 3. And I also received double eye lid surgery to make my eyes larger and not hidden like before.

On the first day of my surgery appointments, we started with silicone chin augmentation and lip surgery. I felt a little bit when I was being injected with anesthetic. After that, well…I was relaxed. I thought about the day when I’d be beautiful and I got through it easily ha ha. It didn’t hurt like I thought it would. 

The chin silicone was this one, a premium grade from South Korea. It’s the softest one. The doctor sewed it into my mouth opening. You won’t see the incision outside. Then he locked it in with three more layers of stitches to prevent the silicone from moving or twisting in the future.

Once it was done, there wasn’t much swelling at all. See?  ^__^


After another month, my face began to go into place. It was like, I’m beautiful. Wherever I went, people kept asking me what I had done to get prettier. I was so proud^^.


And now, for the next stage, I came to do my double eyelids with Dr. Sommart. It was double eyelid surgery with a tiny incision.  Once the wound was healed, there wasn’t much swelling. But the doctor noticed that the corner of my mouth was still low, so he made my mouth look like I’m smiling. It’s cute like a blithe doll, he-he.

Tada…and now we’re done. I look very okay. I thought my eyes would be swollen, but there was almost no swelling after the surgery. And my eye layers are beautiful. I can push my eyelashes up further. The corner of my mouth is sewn up a bit higher, so I look like I’m smiling all the time.



It’s been about two months from that day until today. I feel that it’s easier to apply makeup to my face and get dressed. Sometimes, I can even put on no make ups when I go to study. Overall, it makes me more confident. Once I was confident from the inside, my overall personality developed from my inner self. I look better without having to think about it ^^.

Let me introduce myself first. Hi, I’m Airy. Personally, I had never had surgery before I came to Cosmacare. My surgery is going to breast augmentation. Other than that, I’d had treatments and lasers. I didn’t look as good as other kids when I was young, but I took care of myself and used a lot of cream, so I look a bit better (It works. Try it out).

But there were turning points when I grew up and became a “pretty”. In a job like this, there are many beautiful people with good figures, of course. It means I won’t have a job if I don’t look good or have a good body. And when I was working (before surgery), I noticed the photographers didn’t take many pictures of me, and that I only looked good from certain angles, or that I didn’t look sexy like the famous pretties.

I’d like to mention something about the activities.  At this activity, I had Dr. Nueng to take care of me. He asked me which part I wanted to change, and how would I like to do it. At the time, I answered straight away that I wanted to do my breasts and I wanted them round. He was okay with it and explained about the size and silicone. Then he analyzed my figure to see what size would suit my body, which was very good for someone inexperienced like me. On the day I had to get my breast augmentation, I was really nervous. People who’ve never done this are always afraid of being hurt here and there-afraid that it will not be beautiful or as large as we want. But after it was done, I was, like, it was tense but it did not hurt as much as I thought (not like being run over by a truck but a baby bicycle). It looked a bit swollen at first. I looked at other people’s breast augmentation reviews to see if they were like me, which meant mine were normal. After about two weeks, my breasts began to go into place. I started to look beautiful and I was really excited.

For a transgender woman like me, my greatest dream is to have breasts like a woman. Today, my dream has come true. I have to thank Cosmacare Clinic for organizing good activities and giving me a good opportunity like this.

On the first day, I had blood tests and talked to Dr. Nueng before surgery about silicone sizes and surgery. The doctor told me that, because I’m transgender, large augmentations might not look good because, at the base, I’m not like a woman or I don’t have much skin elasticity there. So, he recommended that I use 400 ccs. Personally, I was concerned that it might be too small because I’m tall. But the doctor told me that it would definitely fit me. Making it too large might have made me look bad.



I was anxious and excited on the date of the surgery. The doctor tried to calm me down. After awhile, I fell asleep and didn’t know anything. Once I woke up, I had breasts. On the first day, I felt some pain and tension, but I had good medications and friends who kept feeding me snacks and food. My advice is to sleep on the first floor after a breast augmentation because it’s very tiring and quite painful to walk upstairs, especially on high floors.

This is after 7 days and 19 days. My breasts came out nicely.

Hi, everyone. Today, I’m here to review after receiving a double eyelid surgery reward from participation in activities with Cosmacare Clinic. Right now, it’s been one month after I had mini double eyelid surgery. I used to have no layers to my eyelids, so some of my friends called me “Muay” ( meaning Chinese typical look with no double eyelid) to the point that my nickname change to now “Muay”, Lol.

I wanted to have larger and more outlined eyelids. I want my eyeliners to be really visible. Anyone with eyes like a very Chinese look would understand how painful it is to apply eyeliner and watch it disappear into the folds of your eyelids. I consulted with Dr. Nueng Sommat before receiving double eyelid surgery.



He analyzed and said that, if I want my eyelids to be cute and small, I should go through with mini double eyelid surgery with a small and short incision. He also advised removing fat from my eyelids because they were puffy due to fat deposits.   Removing them would make my eyelids look prettier. At first, I was nervous but they took care of me and Dr. Nueng talked to me to help me feel relaxed. Many people asked me if it hurt. Personally, I think the only painful part I felt was when the anesthetic injected, but it wasn’t much. It felt like an ant had bitten me. In less than an hour, the doctor completed the mini double eyelid surgery. He was very fast. 
 

At Day 1 – Day 2 after surgery, the wound was slightly more swollen than immediately after surgery.


At Day 5 – Day 7 (stitches removed), my eyes were a bit swollen.


At Day 26 – Day 30, the swelling had gone down.

I personally like it a lot and, according to people around me, I look a lot better. My eyes look sweeter and the edges are more defined. I like them very much and I’m very impressed!!! Hi, everyone. I’m here today to tell you about my experience getting lip surgery with Cosmacare Clinic after being lucky in the activity with Cosmacare’s facebook page. When I smile, my lips are already thin normally. But when I don’t smile, my lips used to be really large and thick. They made me look mean, so I wanted to have lip surgery. I had Dr. Nueng Sommat to take care of me through the lip surgery.

Before the surgery, I told the doctor that I didn’t want my lips to be very thin. I wanted my lips to have a beautiful and sweet shape when I smile and I wanted my face to not look mean with my normal expression. So, he recommended lip surgery on both lips in my case because the upper lip thins out when smiling and if the lower lips are not done, too, my lower lips would hang and not support my upper lips.

Not a lot of either lip was removed because my upper lips were already thin when they smiled. I also had braces, so the doctor focused on making the shape pretty and the right shape, so my lips are not too thin once I’m done with my braces, because the doctor said my lips will turn inward after my braces are removed and removing too much of my lips would make my lips too thin. They wouldn’t look good after the braces are out.

For sweetness look, I wanted the doctor to add a lip graft, so my face would look sweeter and not angry look. The doctor did the surgery with the special lip grafting technique for me. He always had something to tell me, so that I was relaxed throughout the surgery.

Here’s me on Day 3. My mouth was clearly beginning to swell and it began to dry on the fifth day.




This is a picture of me on the 11th day after removing the stitches and here’s me on the 20th day when my mouth was getting into place.




And this is a picture to compare me when I’m smiling and when I’m not smiling at one month after the surgery.





I’m impressed with Dr. Nueng and the Cosmacare clinic staff and I want to thank Cosmacare Clinic for adding something that I lacked. Now, I can smile wide and not worry if my face looks angry when my face is still. ^^
